“Out of the box what version of Windows 10 is installed? Is it version 1803 or 1809? I have been looking at very powerful gaming laptops to be used as a mobile workstation and every one I looked at had Windows version build 1709.”

• I searched the "system info" and found that it's running Windows 10 pro, version 10.0.17134 Build 17134... I didn't see anything that resembled 1803 or 1809. Hope this helps a little.
