Q: QuestionI just got this a few days. A pop up message comes up and says to update. I click on the update, nothing happens. The pop keeps popping up over and over. It is very annoying. How can I make it stop?

• A:Answer If you use the laptop as recommended by the manufacturer, 3-4 years. However, no one does, for example, you use the laptop on battery power till depletion several times shortens battery life, you leave it in your car trunk exposed to temperatures below and or above the specified temperatures shortens your full charge time and life expectancy, same as with your cell phone many leave in their cars and worse yet while charging etc.... Now you know what the experts know and why the initial standard answer I gave is not dealing wit reality.
