- Answer No, you need to use 260 pin So-Dimm laptop memory. Desktop memory will not fit. I was able to find a stick of 16 gb 3200Mhz ddr4 laptop memory online for $60.

- Answer Yes, I can run VR games for my Samsung Odyssey Plus (which has the same or a very similar panel at least to the HTC VIVE Pro) on my Asus GU501GM, which has a six cores and twelve threads CPU as opposed to the eight cores and sixteen threads you will get buying a laptop that has the Ryzen 7-4800H with a GTX 1060 in my laptop as opposed to the RTX 2060 you will find in this laptop.
