Yes. Either by using Google Drive, storing it on the local 32GB storage, or using a extended hard drive of your choice (microSD, USB thumb drive, external hard drives).

You can also use google drive storage, or storage on a server either inside or outside of your home. Chromebooks have come a long way towards working well with offline with local documents, photos and storage.
