My opinion is that this has the speed to do one thing well at a time. By that I mean it can update its OS, run an office app, browse the web or watch a movie but not more than one thing at a time. So leave it alone for its first 30 minutes or so to complete updating and then try it out to see if you like the performance. And don't dive right in working after it boots up...give it a minute or two. It comes up right away, but still is doing other stuff for a few minutes after boot.
