I've been watching and reading a lot on Thunderbolt 3 lately, and this is my basic understanding so far: Having a Thunderbolt 3 port in this PC, you may not actually have to rely on the HDMI port to output video to one or more monitors. With that being said, for that to be possible, you may need to invest in a peripheral Thunderbolt 3-specific device in order to achieve that. Anyone else who knows otherwise feel free to correct me.
