• Hi Josh, Yes, if you don't have a regular HDMI cable to connect your PS3 to this monitor then you can use a DVI-D to HDMI cable.

• I really don't know if it would, but if you look at the specs of this thing, it comes with an HDMI input, so no adapters would be necessary. All you need to use is an HDMI cable that you would normally plug into a TV.
