• As far as picture goes, if you have an HDMI cable then yes you can see it. This monitor does not have speakers though so you must play audio through some other means. Both of the recommended products cost the same, are similar in size, accept HDMI input, and have speaker built-in. Other types of input require a converter to play on this monitor.

• Yes you can if your PS3 is hdmi I play my Xbox one on mine

• It cannot be hooked up to your PS3 without some converter. Look at my product recommendations for one that can. Just be warned of this: You WILL need speakers, some kind of converter, and some setting changes for audio.
