• Yes. That is what I have. I have an Envy. It works great;. Although I don't know really how strong the speakers are. I have had external speakers on my HP for years and continue to use these.

• Yes, but since the Lenovo does not have an HDMI port, you will need a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
