• No, this monitor cannot pivot (rotate 90 degrees) on this stand. For an Asus monitor that can pivot, check out the PA series or the VW228TLB monitors.

• No, the stand is solid. But it is a LED monitor, so it's very light, and easy to rotate on it's stand.

• If you mean does it swivel on its stand, no. But the whole stand turns very easily without picking it up almost like it is swiveling. I turn mine all the time and went quite awhile before I realized the whole thing was moving. Don't veer away from this product for that sole reason. It is an excellent monitor.
