Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For something this expensive I got the plan, just note it's not the ADH plan that covers things like you dropping it though you probably won't move it much once you set it up since 27" is pretty good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, I personally don't think its worth it because when you first purchase the monitor, it would be best to test it for backlight bleeding, IPS glow, etc. From that point If you have let's say, backlight bleeding, then you should swap it out for another one until you get the best one. Once you have a solid monitor, then you won't have to really worry because Asus has a 3 year warrant on this monitor. Also, here is a YouTube video that provides information on this monitor and some insight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps0pwKnS7_A Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes...our first monitor had a few dead pixels after a day or two. It was replaced since it was brand new. For $49 it seems like a no brainer just because of the cost of this one. We got it for that reason....I think you for sure should buy it for that low price and for peace of mind. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is a matter of personal Choice. I am a telecom engineer and have never bought or had the need for extended warrantee protection. I have three of these monitors in multi screen panoramic use. I have no issues in terms of pixel, glow or bleed. Negative comments in product reviews are over rated and on my part non owner trolls to Great extent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. You have ~ 30 days to evaluate the display and out of the box if you are happy with it return / replace it. If you make it through the return policy happy, you should have no issues with it long term imo.
