Yep. It will run them just fine. The bulldozer series FX 82xx and 83xx cpu's and the FX 9xxx Piledriver cpu's all run just fine. The issues people have always reported are misleading in that the board runs them well and they are stable. People just try to take the over clocking too far without proper cooling to adjust for the increased heat. Buy this board and a Corsair h100iGTX from BestBuy and you won't regret it. The board automatically optimizes for proper cpu setup. ROG has a beautiful build doc outlining the install of the higher end AMD CPUs on this baby... Google it (found on the ASUS ROG site) and read it.... It's under 6 pages. ••• A fine tip is to remember to cool the mainboard. Lots of people will cool the cpu and the video and then skimp on the case cooling or forget entirely to move air across the mainboard. Please don't be one of those people. Thermaltake and Noctua and Corsair have quiet high end cooling options not to be ignored. The black heat sinks on the thermal / voltage area around the cpu block need to be kept cool on this board. Some cases let you blow air on the back on the board behind the CPU.... I would advise it. The suppressor f51 is one of the best cases in the world for this board. They could charge twice or three times the price and it would still be a good deal.
