My old mouse is not working with my new chrome book null

Make sure your mouse is built to work on a Chromebook. I have numerous Chromebooks and Windows notebooks. Most Logitech mice will work on both versions. I have Microsoft mice that don't work well on Chromebooks.

If your old mouse is not working with your new Chromebook. To resolve this, confirm the mouse is turned on and test a different port if this is a USB mouse. If you are using a wireless mouse, ensure the batteries are fresh, the USB dongle is fully plugged in, and avoid using unpowered USB hubs. For Bluetooth mouse, ensure it ids paired successfully inside Settings. Additionally, if the mouse is still not recognized, perform a hard reset.
