Nothing needed. Just plug and play. A screw driver to unmount and mount it.

This gpu requires a minimum of 650 watts power supply which can be checked by opening the back side of the computer case. This is a smaller gpu with two fans it can fit in nearly any case. Since you are looking to upgrade from a 2070 super a nvidia card it should plug and play with no issues but may need to update gpu drivers using the official nvidia website.
