“Is the screen supposed to be 120 Hz? I've heard from review sites that it is, but I just bought one and mine has a 60 Hz screen”

Finally figured it out - the screen is 120 Hz. However, it only runs 120 Hz when plugged into a charger, and switches to 60 Hz when on battery. I can't find a way to manually set it to 120 Hz all the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can find nothing on Asus product page stating it is 120 hz. And when they don’t state it that suggests it is 60hz. It seems the product info on Best Buy’s page may be wrong.
