• Yes, but the curve of the screen is noticable. I would prefer watching TV or movies on a flat screen.

• I have this monitor but have not tried to use it for TV. It has a hdmi port so I assume it would work as a TV as well. It does provide a great picture!

• This monitor does not have a cable input. If you have it plugged into some other input source then yes it could be used as a display when not playing Xbox.
