• Yes you can connect 2 monitors. There are HDMI, display port, and even a usb-c port. I have 2 FullHD Monitors hooked up. One 144 hz and one 60 hz. Also have a Sony a6000 connected to the usb-c port as a webcam for streaming. I uploaded a pic of just the monitors hooked up so you can see the connections.

• Yes. For my main one I'm using Display port. Which gives me 144 refresh rate. I'm using HDMI for second screen with 60 refresh rate. Both connection out of my graphics card.
