Yes of course it is I've had this computer for 3 years the only reason I remember is I bought the three year protection plan when I finally updated it to Windows 11 it started crashing so when you do get a computer and update it to Windows 11 do not put any of your information on it you want to do a clean install you don't want to save all your programs and files and bring them with you to Windows 11 just a heads up. As far as the laptop goes it is absolutely amazing blazing fast boot up is under 5 seconds I did take out the 2:56 changed it to a Samsung 1 terabyte I think it's at 860 Evo also took out the metal hard drive because I had an extra 500 gig solid state Samsung Evo two and a half inch drive I put that in there so I have one and a half terabytes never you going to use all that space but hey better to have it and not need it then need it not have it. The screen is wonderful 4K makes the colors really pop I do like Windows 11 you can have the start menu in the middle or you can actually keep it at the left which I like at the beginning but now I'm used to it being in the center they're making it more Apple list so that way people can transition to Windows easier from Apple I call it crapple but whatever. The touch screen works great I use the Microsoft surface Arc mouse which I absolutely love to use in conjunction with it the trackpad is very easy to use it's not overly sensitive like a lot of them are it has a nice backlit keyboard and a 10 key which 90% of laptops do not have anymore. They did make a model one above this now this one only has two gigs of the q Max graphics the q537fd comes with 4 gigs of dedicated graphics cards so it's doubled and I think you get one terabyte right out of the gate of an m.2 now for me I build my own computers so that might be a better option because that is basically the same laptop as the 536 FD but without having a mechanical drive and a 256 GB SSD they remove the mechanical drive and just put a 1 TB just like I did it's still and then they call it Pantone verified so the screen is really great in three years I haven't gotten any burn in absolutely love the computer it's great and I would highly recommend getting it. The original call sign it was about $1,600 so when I saw it for a thousand I was like yeah that's either open box or refurbished I do not recommend buying it refurbished the first one I got that was refurbished did have burn in and they had just come out so they had one that just came in to Simi valley and I ended up getting a deal on it they gave me like 25% off for the quote on quote inconvenience anyway I think I got it out the door for under a g. It's still working great it's just got some bugs and window 11 which will pan out over time I did wait for the actual update I didn't free install it so now it's just going to be several cumulative updates until they get the bugs out
