Yes it will! It really boosted the speed of my wife's older Dell Inspiron that only has an 8011.b/g built in network card. As long as you have an open USB port and cd drive this will work for you. Might even be able to get away without the cd drive by downloading its drivers.....

In terms of hardware, as long as you have a USB port you can use this device. In terms of software, any version of Windows from XP to present, Mac OS 10.3 -10.7, and most Linux Kernel 2.6 (ubuntu, or fedora) will work.
