- Answer open the mouse where you put the batteries in and you will find the usb in there pull it out and put it in the proper hole

- Answer No, this model does not have a CD drive/reader and you would have to use an external CD reader to load the pictures on the device.

QuestionOur wifi is not good and currently no choices for upgrades. I also need the large screen. The all-in-one computers available now don't have a disc drive so the only option is to download programs, etc. Are there any other options?

- Answer If WIFI connection is weak, please ensure Windows is up to date and the All-In-One PC has access to an established and stable wireless router, and is getting an excellent signal. An external large screen can be connected to the HDMI out port and an external drive can be connected to the USB port.

- Answer It can drastically depend on what model of printer you are referring to, but I would say you would be hard pressed to find a printer model that does not work with this computer. Just make sure that the printer in question supports Windows 10 and you should be good.
