“Why is there only a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty on Parts and Labor, when on Asus website they give 3 years for the same product? Is this refurbished?”

Asus offers three-year limited warranties on NUC products purchased from Authorized Distributors. This warranty covers all hardware items included in the box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I guess Best Buy doesn't want to answer this question. My guess is, they take away two years from the warranty to give you a lower price. Not a good deal. Better to buy it from ASUS or B&H, who honor the full 3 year warranty.
