why is msrp 2x 3080? and $300 more than asus 3090? null

Simple. Silicon shortages, scalpers, and miners. Supply and Demand, extremely low supply, with extremely high demand, means price goes way up. It sucks, but its how it is right now. I'd suggest waiting a while until stock comes back.
