• The desktop webpage doesn't display the name of the model but, in this screenshot off my phone you can see its the OC model. (ROG-STRIX-RTX3090-O24G-Gaming)

• Yes this is the OC version. I just received mine. So I can confirm it's the OC model.

• If you look up their posted UPC, it matches that of the Overclocked edition. For whatever reasons, Best Buy did not include the proper Description.
