• No, the 650 watt power supply is the recommended "total" power supply. The actual demand of this card is closer to 165w

• I have a 750w power supply with a 12th gen i7 12700k with this card and I've had no problems. The reason it says 650w is it's factoring in a fully overclocked GPU and cpu
