Yes, but it has to be a size of drive that goes into a laptop (9mm H x 128mm W), plus the bracket to fit into a standard DVD slot. You could use a standard DVD drive, but would need to cut the front panel to fit. For HDD, there is space inside to fit, and power connector exists for it, but you would need to get a SATA cable.
