Good morning, I have the 2022 model and I can confirm that it has 16 GB of DDR5 RAM that is soldered to the motherboard and is not upgradeable (like the 2021 model).

There are configurations available direct from Asus, as well as a specific edition of the 2021 model, which had 32GB soldered on... However, this 2022 Best Buy configuration (as well as the non-Super Nova regular version of the 2021) have 16GB of memory. At least in the 2021, Best Buy only offered the Super Nova edition (32GB RAM, 4K display, but GTX 1650 vs the RTX 3050 Ti) paired with the XGM eGPU dock with RTX 3080 as the only configuration with 32GB of RAM. It is possible the 2022 refresh will have a similar bundle available soon (the updated XGM dock has a more powerful PSU and new AMD based GPU options).

Please try again later.ASUS' website currently only lists 3 models, all with: 16GB*2 LPDDR5 on board Max Capacity : 32GB Support dual channel memory My guess based on this is there is currently not model with the 32gb already installed, but there's an empty slot so you can add another 16gb stick of RAM yourself. But take that with a grain of salt... ASUS has had a lot of confusion this year with other models in terms of how much RAM is baked to the board.
