Questiondo you need a cooling pad for gaming? can you get away with gaming without the laptop overheating?

- Answer You can game but the screen is not optimal for gaming as there is some delay. I think it's somewhere around 20ms for the response time and most gaming monitors have 3ms or less. You will see some delay when gaming on the monitor itself so FPS games are a no go. As far as heat goes it gets to around the mid 80s when gaming.

QuestionI understand this model does not come up with a Pen if bought from bestbuy. However, what is the official/standard Pen model that comes up if bought from ASUS? I would like to purchase that separately. Also, is the pen active/pressure sensitive?

- Answer You can fine the ASUS pen on their webstore under "Other" if I recall. But you can use any windows ink pen , I use the Microsoft Surface pen for both CAD and Photomanipulation and it works great. and yes, the pen is active, though you wont get as much out of it as say, a Cintiq.

QuestionWhy is the type C ports only supports 65W PD when I was using another PD charger and power bank that both supports 100W PD 20V 5A like the original power adapter? By the way, I've also updated to the latest firmwares as well.

Question@ASUS Why is only the 16GB RAM version of this with the 3050 Ti listed when you manufacture a 32GB model? Can we expect that here soon? It seems kind of ridiculous to pair a 1650 with 32 GB and not the 3050....

- Answer Despite what a prior person answered with, there is no single benchmark in which the GTX 1650 (what comes with the Super Nova edition is not a "Ti") performs better than the 3050 Ti. I also agree that not having the option for 32GB of RAM with the 3050 Ti is a strange decision by Asus. I read in some of Asus' responses to questions on the listing for the Super Nova edition that they were going to revise it with a 3050 Ti, but that was 7 months ago. With the announcement of the 2022 x13 Flow, I'm thinking they're going to release the non-Nvidia version (680M based) in the next Super Nova bundle, alongside a high-end Radeon eGPU (the updated eGPU will contain a 330w PSU). We may never see a stand-alone, 3050 Ti version with 32GB.

QuestionWill there be a version of this notebook with 32GB RAM coming? and if so, when? I know that there's the possibility of the Supernova Edition with the 4k screen coming sometime later, but I think many would more appreciate a 120hz display.

- Answer Go with the supernova edition if you can, and use an external display for any serious gaming. The 4K machine is a better model and while it’s been released all over the world in varying capacities the problem is it’s sold out most everywhere else it’s bundled. I don’t know if a new model is coming out but this system sells incredibly well as it is so likely for a while it’ll stay like this (especially while systems are bottlenecked) if you get the unit with the egpu it solves a lot of the issues you would run into

- Answer No pen included. Common suggestion is to get a surface pen. Battery life is pretty good if it stays on the integrated graphics. Google some reviews.
