“ASUS offers linear and tactile switches, but what type of switch is in this keyboard? I would've bought this today, but Best Buy has no option to choose, and I'm not taking a chance on it, especially as a high-priced keyboard.”

The NX Snow switch is a linear switch. They do not make it easy to find information on the switches, but they're a box switch manufactured by Kailh. The Storm switches are clicky
