“Bought it Dec 11th and only used it a few times. Today I turned it on and it wont connect to monitor. My monitor works with my son's gaming computer but his doesnt work with mine. What do I do? Sue”

• Try reseating the video cable onto another DisplayPort or HDMI that's on the graphics card.
