The high-pitched noise or coil whine is common with high-performance graphics cards. It is simply the vibration of the coil in an inductor as the power passes through it. It happens when a lot of power is passing through sensitive electronic components (inductor or capacitor), causing them to rapidly vibrate from the power surge. To decrease or minimize the noise, we recommend reducing the GPU speed or reconfiguring your video or game settings without compromising the video or game display quality.
