• Yes, the upgrade for a SSD is very simple. The RAM is 2 X 8GB as shipped. note you also can add 2 M.2 SSDs..

• 1.This pc takes ssd model (m.2). 2. It has two slots more to put 64gb ram. Have two memories 16gb and two slots free to put another memories.

• No for the extra bays for ssd. You can however , upgrade the ram a lot.
