You get 2 drives, the M.2 ssd which is the one you mentioned and another 1tb harddrive. I would suggest contacting geeksquad to see if its just not being recognized or they didn't include the second 1tb drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The boot drive is a 500gb NVMe SSD, which may be the drive you're seeing. The system should also have a 1tb HDD installed under the plate housing the PSU. If you can't see this drive, you may need to format it for it to show up. Plenty of videos and guides on how to do that online. If it's not showing up at all, a connection may be loose. Make sure all cables are firmly plugged in to your motherboard and power supply.
