will this run 240fps on fortnite/apex/r6 null

fortnite, definitely. apex 1080p it drops to 90 fps during a gibby ult but most of the time its 144 fps.. you'd need a 3080 or 3090 for a stable fps above 150

It's possible, however, that you would need to adjust your graphical settings.
