• You will need to ensure hdmi line is hooked to video card not regular hdmi at back of the unit .

• Sometimes in shipping stuff can become loose. I’d open the side panel and make sure the power cable is pushed all the way into the graphics card, and make sure the graphics card is seated all the way into the mother board.

• Make sure you are plugging into graphics card. Its the HDMI slot under the Antenna connectors.
