I checked the specs for both video cards and the 2080S uses a PCI-E 3.0 interface while the 3080 uses a PCI-E 4.0. It might fit in the slot but you would likely not get the full speed and functionality it could otherwise offer. I recommend you check the motherboard specs for this system to see if 4.0 is an available slot on it.
