The m2 x 4mm screw does NOT come with the extra motherboard NVMe slot. Most NVMe hard drives do NOT come with this screw. I moved over my old PC’s SSD and could not find this screw at any local hardware or tech stores, and had to file down an 8mm screw, which I would not recommend. Sorry for the late reply, probably not applicable for you anymore but possibly helpful for others looking to buy the product.
