You know I had no idea Asus had a Eye Care Feature for there displays but that's cool to know :). I don't think this one does. I just recently purchased this computer but it should have a night light feature for windows 10 and if not you could download f.lux. It auto adjusts the lighting and also filters blue light based on the time of day. F.lux is also free.
