• This board has 2 M.2 slots that both support NVMe. If you want a total of 4 NVMe drives the other 2 would have to be PCIe cards. The SATA connections do not support NVMe

• This board supports up to 2 NVMe drives. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-HERO-WI-FI/specifications/ If you need additional storage, you may want to consider a PCIe expansion card.
