NO. The M.2_1 slot (the one near the CPU) on the Maximus Hero does NOT share CPU lanes with the primary GPU slot. Your RTX 5800 will run at full PCIe 5.0 x16 and the Gen 5 SSD will run at full PCIe 5.0 x4. You will not lose any GPU performance.
