Yes it is, mine is model number CM1000. I had to do a hard reset on the modem (pen hole on the back of the modem) after that no problems.

Any Router should be compatible with any brand of modem. They are not brand dependent or specific (unless they are using some proprietary tech/solution).

Yes. I have the Nighthawk CM-2000 and it works great with it.
