• Yes it can be. It even has a dedicated gaming port if you want to hard wire it to your console.

• Yes. 100% absolutely can be used with any wifi enabled console. If you would like to hardwire it, it has 4 Ethernet ports which is rather low but good enough for most.

• It absolutely can, this router has a dedicated 5ghz wifi channel just for gaming devices. It also has a dedicated gaming LAN port if you want to hardwire connect your console to the internet with an ethernet cable.
