Yes, it will work with any modern hard drive, solid state drive and has slots for m.2 drive.

Most are pretty much compatible unless they are before 2006, those require ribbon cables with slave/master hard drives before ssds were made. If you wanna be extra sure just look for "Sata ports" on your motherboard description and ssd and see if the read/write speed is acceptable for you too on the ssd. And don't get a SanDisk ssd my friends died in 6 months the Samsung Evo series seems the best or Western Digital. Also if you want the fastest this motherboard comes with a nvme 5.2 slot.
