Personally I’m not very knowledgeable with graphics cards and there power. If I where you I would go with an RTX 2080 or the ti or super variant. It also depends on if you want to game with that monitor, if you do want to game at 4K you are gonna have to spend a lot of money and you will only get 60fps or less. The technology isn’t there yet.
