“What i7 Intel CPU do I need for it to work effectively?”

• This motherboard is an 8th to 9th gen either the i7-8700k or the i7-9700k will work perfectly. I have an i7-9700k and I did not have to do an bios update for compatibility. I have had no problems using my cpu with that board.

• i7-9700k would be the best option. The motherboard will give it decent overclocking potential too.
