I can't speak to the 3D rendering, but if it has a video output in USB / HDMI or Display Port, it's supported with these glasses.

Please try again later.As a fellow Xbox player Yes they will work just plug the HDMI from your Xbox into the included dock and bam it will pop up like a monitor and you will be set and ready now one thing to note is that the microphone on the glasses will not work on Xbox but just put your favorite Xbox headphones on and you are good to go. But the sound will come through the headphones like a tv would. As for 3d again that's a yes! So the glasses and dock have a built in menu and you just select the 3d option in the menu set it to Instant 3d and anything on your Xbox becomes 3d now there are some visual artifacts but it's still cool none the less and I feel like those will be patched out.
