I think Viture is the only brand that offers glasses with myopia adjustment.

They do come with Prescription inserts, you'll take those to you eye doctor, and they'll sand them down to your prescription. The lenses are included in the box. The cost and time would be between you and your eye doctor. (not every doctor's office does Smart Glasses / Insert prescriptions, but there's quite a few that do)

You can have prescription lenses made for this insert either online at xreals website, partner websites likes lenscrafters or you can try your eye doctor.
