Think of these like a separate monitor themselves. The dock itself doesn't have an output HDMI / Display Port, so there's not a way to "Daisy Chain" or pass through the video to anything other than through the USB C out the front (which is intended for the glasses). So your best best is to get an HDMI / Display Port switch (they're fairly cheap) so you can redirect the signal to your TV / Monitor and the dock itself. Either that, or you'd need to manually move the cable to the device you're using.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The HDMI goes from the console to the back of the ROG dock. The glasses connect to the only port on the front of the dock, which is the USB-C. You would need to physically unplug the HDMI from the back of the dock into your monitor.

Now that we got that out of the way, the glasses dock will allow you to switch between different sources to watch on the glasses (computer, console, phone, etc). If you wish to switch an XBOX to display between a monitor and the glasses dock, you could use a KVM switch. I know, you wished this could do that, and then turn off the lights in your bedroom too, but the glasses dock is for switching between inputs for the glasses - does not handle your XBOX to monitor problem - for that, hopefully your monitor came with a KVM switch. If not, get one separately to solve this separate problem you've managed to think of.
