A:Answer With very rare exceptions, you can never upgrade a discrete graphics card in a laptop. It's not a card, it's soldered to the motherboard.
More and more you'll start to see sufficiently able built-in GPUs integrated with CPUs so your discrete GPU is optional (although still a design/build-time decision). Like the RDNA2 integrated GPUs in their 6000 series laptop APUs and future RDNA3 integrated GPUs when 7000 series CPUs come out.
But for this model, if you get the 3060, that's what you got.
