I tried to find out as well. I believe they have different screen panels. One being LED and this being IPS. This model is included with windows 11 pro, instead of windows 11 home, and the last thing i notoced was the RAM being able to only be upgraded to a maximum of 24gb. If im wrong on anything, please correct me.

The ram and the anime matrix leds on the display back are the only differences. Note that on both models, half the ram is soldered on the motherboard, and half is in one available slot. If you put a bigger ram board in the 16gb model, the extra ram will not be as fast. Personally, I really enjoy the anime matrix...
