why would bestbuy sell a "test unit"

Please try again later.All kidding about "test unit" aside, you can tell whtther the model you're looking at on Best Buy web site is 2021 vs. 2022 model in two ways: (a) Scroll down in Specifications and somewhere there under model year it will say 2021 or 2022 (or in the future, 2023). (b) Just to confirm, the 2021 models will typically have a 5900HS APU, whereas the 2022 models will have a 6900HS APU. (c) There might be future cheaper models, for all we know, with slower APU part numbers, but 2021 will be 5000 series and 2022 will be 6000 series.
